Far-Right activist Tommy Robinson has been released from prison.
He was serving a sentence for contempt of court.
His 18-month term was cut by four months at the High Court last week.
Robinson – real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon – was set free from HMP Woodhill in Milton Keynes on Tuesday.
The 42-year-old was sporting a heavy beard and long hair.
He wore a rosary around his neck.
Robinson was greeted by his supporters.
He was filmed for 20 minutes outside the prison gates.
Robinson said he would organise a free speech festival later this year in London for supporters.
He was jailed last October after admitting multiple breaches of an injunction made in 2021.
He was barred from repeating false allegations against a Syrian refugee schoolboy who had successfully sued him for libel.
Robinson still faces two further charges of “harassment causing fear of violence” in two separate court cases.
He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on June 5th accused of harassing two journalists.
