Officials have confirmed that at least two people were killed when a Russian missile struck a clinic and a building for veterinary medicine in eastern Ukraine.
After the attack on Dnipro, video footage showed smoke pouring from a heavily damaged site.
The uppermost floor of a building that appeared to have three stories had been destroyed. Cars parked in the area were also destroyed.

Three children and more than 20 other people were also injured.
The Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called the alleged missile attack a “crime”.
He said: “The buildings were destroyed of a psychological and veterinary clinics in Dnipro…
Only a bad state could fight against clinics. This cannot be a military action. “It is pure [Russian] terror.”
Serhiylysak, the regional governor, said that a body was recovered from the rubble of the veterinary clinic. A 69-year old man had also died.
He claimed that the victim “was just passing by” when the attack occurred.
Mr Lysak stated that 21 people were hospitalized, three of whom were in critical condition.

Ukraine destroyed 10 missiles as well as more than 20 drones that were launched by Russia during the overnight attacks against the capital Kyiv and the cities of Dnipro, and the eastern regions. Ukrainian officials announced earlier on Friday.
The government reported that a fire broke out in the north-east city of Kharkiv, after a depot for oil products and pumping equipment was damaged.
Russia has not yet commented on the attack, but it has denied accusations of war crimes in the past. It claimed that Ukraine had used a drone and a rocket to strike two southern Russian regions.
