After Sunday’s avalanche, French rescue and search teams found a sixth body.
The incident took place on the Armancette glacier southwest of Mount Blanc. Local authorities have now called off the rescue mission because they don’t know of any missing persons.
Local media reported that two victims were mountain guides, and the four others, a young couple and a woman in their 20s, were their clients.
An avalanche struck as the six-member group were skiing off-piste in the vicinity of Les Contamines Monttjoie, southeast France . Emmanuel Coquand, spokesperson forauthorities, said.
One patient was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, while eight other patients were uninjured.

Authorities have not released any details about the victims.
The avalanche was reported to have been 3,280ft (1,00m) in length and 328ft (10m) wide.
According to authorities, the cause is under investigation.
