Three dead and several wounded in attacks across Israel and the West Bank

Terrorist attacks have claimed the lives of three people in Israel and West Bank, as violence continues in the region.

Officials from Israel and Italy said that a Tel Aviv car-ramming attack in which five other victims were injured and a 30 year old tourist from Italy was responsible for the deaths of one person and that five more were hurt.

After and , two British-Israeli sisters died in the second attack that took place on Friday. Their car was also shot up in the West Bank .

According to Israeli security sources, the attacker in the Tel Aviv attack was identified as an Israeli Arab hailing from Kafr Qassem.

According to police, an officer nearby arrived on the scene and found several victims and a car that had been damaged near a popular promenade.

They said that the officer “neutralized” the driver after he attempted to pull a gun. The car had crossed the street in front of a walking path and a bike path.

Shortly after the incident, video showed a white car that had been flipped.

Giorgia Meloni (Italy’s prime Minister) said: “Deep sadness and condolences for Alessandro Parini’s death in the terrorist attack that occurred in Tel Aviv in the evening.

“Closeness with the victim’s family and the injured, as well as solidarity with Israel for the cowardly attacked that he suffered,”

Israel’s rescue services reported that a 74 year-old man and a seventeen-year old girl were being treated for minor to moderate injuries.


Mother seriously hurt and two of her British-Israeli sister’s killed

It came after the West Bank attack that killed five people earlier in Friday.

Local media reported that one of the British-Israeli sister who died was just 15 years old, while the other was only 20 years old.

Their mother, who was also severely injured in the attack on Hamra settlement, about 30 miles north-east of Jerusalem, had to be flown to hospital.

Sky News Middle East correspondent Alistair Bunkall stated that it is believed that the British victims of West Bank attacks moved to Israel around 2005.

A spokesperson for the UK Foreign Office stated that they were saddened by the deaths of two British-Israeli citizens as well as the serious injuries suffered by another.

“The UK urges all parties in the region to de-escalate tensions.”

A spokesperson for the State Department stated that the United States “strongly condemned” the attacks on Friday.

The spokesperson stated that three people were killed in the attacks and eight more were wounded. They happened in Israel, Italy and the United Kingdom. “It is unacceptable to target innocent civilians of any nation.”

His office stated that Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister , instructed the police to mobilize all reserves border police units and directed the IDF (Israel Defence Forces), to mobilize additional forces in order to face the terrorist attacks.

Israel’s Magen David Adom ambulance services stated that all victims of the Tel Aviv attack were tourists.

Police said that four border police reserve companies would be called up within the next few days.
