Monopoly game ‘ends in samurai swordfight’ with man said to be fighting for his life

According to reports, a Monopoly game that went wrong led to a samurai swordfight in Brussels.

According to reports, the trouble started in the Belgian Capital at 5 a.m. on Sunday. Residents became frustrated by four people playing the game on the pavement near their homes.

The man, who was apparently armed with a stick, came out of his home and began to argue with the Monopoly players.

According to reports, the son of the resident came out with a Japanese sword and holster.

The blade may have caused injuries to the Monopoly player and his son. Two men were admitted to hospital by the Brussels-Midi Police.

Local media reported that the Monopoly player was released later, while the son of a resident was in a life-threatening situation. Both men were also taken into police custody.

After the confrontation, the area around the street where the game was played by the group of three men (and a woman) was stained with blood. It was also scattered with Monopoly Cards.
