Qatar donated 10,000 mobile homes for the relief of earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria.
Some of the 1.4 Million visitors to 2022 World Cup had previously stayed in cabins or caravans.
According to the Qatar Development Fund, 350 mobile homes were already sent to the affected areas of southeast Turkey as well as northern Syria. More than 37,000 people have died in these areas.

As the search continues, it is likely that the death toll will rise in coming days.
On 6 February, the magnitude 7.8 earthquake devastated tens of thousands and left millions homeless.
Many are now exposed to the harsh winter weather because of the insufficient capacity of emergency shelters and housing.
During a visit in the affected area, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan assured anyone who was left homeless by the earthquakes that they would provide a home within one year.

Qatar is one of many Gulf countries that have offered assistance to earthquake survivors.
Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), are sending aid and rescue teams to the affected areas.
Saudi Arabia has already sent eight planes containing supplies to the affected regions and the UAE has committed $100m (PS82m).
