Russia’s Wagner Group claims body found of missing British aid worker in Ukraine

The body of one of the British aid workers missing in Ukraine by Russia’s Wagner Group was found.

Christopher Parry (28), and Andrew Bagshaw (48) were last seen leaving Kramatorsk to Soledar on Friday.

A spokesperson from the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office stated that they were supporting the families of the two British men who are missing in Ukraine.

“We are aware that recent reports have been reported and we are in contact with the Ukrainian authorities.”

Telegram received a statement from the Russian mercenary organization stating that documents belonging to both Britons were found on the body of the man.

Originating from Cornwall, Mr Parry was a running coach in Cheltenham at the time Russia invaded.

Mr Bagshaw currently resides in New Zealand. His family released an earlier statement that stated that he traveled to Ukraine because it was the “morally right thing” to do.
