After an investigation, it was determined that the behavior was a violation of “basic rules of decent conduct”.
UEFA stated in a statement that the decision was made after an investigation by a UEFA ethics and disciplinary inspector.
The FAI apologized for any offense caused by the dressing room incident at the time the video was made public.
