Volodymyr Zelenskyy claims Russia deliberately targeted a shopping center in Kremenchuk, Ukraine. He released a video of a missile striking the building.
The Ukrainian president stated that it was obvious that this was true in his nightly address. He also said that Moscow wanted to “kill as many people” as possible as part of an “act state terrorism”.
He stated to the Ukrainian people that he was providing “a piece of evidence” in order that no one would be able to deceive about what had occurred.

Mr Zelenskyy stated that the Russian missile had deliberately hit this object. That was evidently the order.
“It is evident that Russian assassins were given such coordinates for the missile.
“They wanted as many people killed as possible in peaceful cities, in regular shopping malls.”
The president said that Russia would be responsible for the act of state terror, just like for all other terrorist acts.
“On the battlefield of Ukraine, through the strengthening of sanctions, and, of course in the tribunal.”
After the incident , at least 18 people were reported to have been killed and 36 others are still missing.
Russia claimed that the mall was empty and had hit an arms depot nearby.
However, wounded survivors such as Ludmyla Mykhailets (43), who claimed she was shopping at the store when the blast sent her “head first” into the air, refuted that assertion.
Sky News spoke with a man who sustained injuries and said that he would be fine physically but “morally stunned”.
We visited a hospital where 25 people were being treated after Monday’s attack.
Leaders of the G7 have stated that the attack was and a war crime.
They said that they, the G7 leaders, condemned the atrocious attack on the Kremenchuk shopping mall.
“We stand united in mourning the innocent victims” of this horrific attack by Ukraine. Indiscriminate attacks against innocent civilians is a war crime.
“Russian President Putin will be held accountable and all those responsible.”
