According to Amber Heard, Kate Moss claims Johnny Depp never pushed her down stairs. This is contrary to the rumours that Amber Heard discussed during the US defamation case.
According to the British supermodel, the actor she was in a relationship with from 1994 to 1998 had not “pushed me, kicked or thrown me down any stairs” while they were together.
On Wednesday, she appeared via videolink at Fairfax County District Court in Virginia to give evidence. Her testimony lasted just two minutes.

According to the actress, Depp had told Moss that he had shoved him down a flight stairs.
Moss, speaking from Gloucestershire, said that the allegation about the incident at GoldenEye in Jamaica was false.
She said, “We were leaving the bedroom and Johnny left the area before me and it had been raining.”
“As I was leaving the room, I fell down the stairs and hurt my back. I couldn’t believe what I had just done.
“(Depp), came running back to me and carried me into my room, where he got me medical attention.”
Benjamin Chew, Depp’s lawyer, asked Moss if she had ever been pushed down the stairs by the Hollywood star.
She replied, “No, he never pushed, kicked, or threw” her.

After Moss, Depp was again called to testify.
Heard asked him about his honeymoon with Depp in August 2015. Heard then accused Depp, who he said was violent during the trip.
