Boris Johnson described the atrocities committed in Ukraine in a video message to the Russian people.
The video was posted on Twitter and includes brief Russian passages. In it, the prime minister informs them that they “deserve to the truth” about the killing of civilians, and the rape of women at places like Bucha, and Irpin.
Johnson encourages Russians not to be afraid to share their facts with the world by using VPN connections. This allows them to bypass country-specific internet restrictions and gain independent information.
