A Senegalese migrant living in Spain has rescued a disabled man from a burning building.
He climbed up the iron bars of the front door before making it onto the first-floor balcony of the home in Denia, between Alicante and Valencia.
Pictures show Gorgui Lamine Sow, 20, emerging from the smoking building with the man slung over his shoulder.
Luckily, onlookers managed to find a ladder so he could climb down safely.
A neighbour said the disabled man – named Alex – has been unwell for a long time and cannot walk without assistance.
Local media said the heroic rescuer is originally from Senegal in West Africa.
